Apartment Visitors Management System
In AVMS we use PHP and Mysqli database. This is the project which keeps records of visitors who visited in the company.
AVMS has one module i.e admin.
1. Dashboard: In this section, the admin can conveniently access a summary of visitor activity within a specific time frame. This feature provides a concise overview of the number of visitors who have visited during the chosen period, offering valuable insights into visitor traffic trends.
2. Visitors: In this section, the admin has the capability to efficiently manage visitor records. Firstly, through the “Add Visitors” section, the admin can input new visitor information by filling out relevant details. This streamlined process ensures accurate documentation of visitor data, facilitating smooth entry procedures.
3. Search: In this search bar, the admin can easily locate a specific individual by entering either their name or phone number. This functionality streamlines the process of finding particular visitors within the system, enhancing efficiency and convenience for the admin.
4. Reports: In this section, the admin can generate comprehensive visitor reports by specifying a start and end date. This feature facilitates the extraction of visitor data within a specified time frame, allowing for analysis and documentation of visitor activity over the selected period.
In this section, the admin has the capability to update their profile information, change their password, and recover a forgotten password if necessary.
