Client Management System Project Requirement

In the Client Management System Project, PHP and MySQL Database are employed as the primary technologies. This project serves the purpose of maintaining records of clients efficiently. The Client Management System consists of two main modules: Admin and Client.

Admin Module

1. Dashboard: In this section, the admin can obtain a summary of key metrics including total services, total clients, today’s sales, yesterday’s sales, sales over the last seven days, and total sales.

2. Services: In this section, the admin can oversee service management, including adding new services and updating existing ones as needed.

3. Add Clients: In this section, the admin has the capability to add new clients to the system.

4. Clients List: In this section, the admin can update client details and assign services provided by the admin to each client.

5. Invoices: In this section, the admin can access and review client invoices, with the option to print them for record-keeping purposes.

6. Reports: In this section, the admin can access and review client details, as well as generate and view sales reports for specific periods, both on a monthly and yearly basis.

7. Search Invoice: In this section, the admin has the capability to search for clients’ invoices using their respective invoice numbers, facilitating quick and efficient retrieval of specific invoices.

Admin can also update his profile, change the password and recover the password.

Client Module

1. Dashboard: It is a welcome page for a client.

2. Invoices: In this section, clients can access and review their invoices, with the option to print them for their records.

3. Search Invoice: In this section, clients have the capability to search for their invoices using the invoice number, facilitating quick and easy access to specific invoices.

The client also has the ability to update their profile information, change their password, and recover their password if necessary.
