Company Visitors Management System Project Requirement

Project Modules

In CVMS we use PHP and MySQL database. This is the project which keep records of visitors who visited in the company. CVMS has one module i.e admin.

1. Dashboard: In this section, administrators gain a concise overview of visitor activity during specific periods.
2. Department: In this section, administrators have the capability to effortlessly add or remove departments as needed.
3. Visitors: In this section, administrators can seamlessly add new visitors by entering their information into the designated “Add Visitors” section. Additionally, they can conveniently access and manage visitor records, including updating the out time for visitors, all within the “Manage Records” section.
4. Search: In this bar, administrators have the capability to search for a specific individual by their name or phone number, enabling quick and efficient access to relevant information.
5. Reports: In this section, administrators have the ability to generate comprehensive visitor reports within specified date ranges, providing valuable insights into visitor activity over selected periods.

Admin can also update his profile, change password and recover password.
