The Bus Pass Management System utilizes PHP and MySQL databases. It serves as a project that maintains records of passes issued by administrative authorities. The system comprises two modules: admin and user.

Admin

Dashboard: In this section, the admin can quickly view the total number of categories and the count of passes generated in the current day, yesterday, and the last seven days.

Category: In this section, the admin can oversee category management, including the ability to add and update categories as needed.

Passes: In this section, the admin can manage passes, including the functionalities to add, update, and print passes as necessary.

Pages: In this section, the admin has the capability to update the “About Us” and “Contact Us” pages.

Enquiry: In this section, the admin can review inquiries sent by users.

Reports: In this section, the admin can generate pass reports for a specified period between two dates.

Search: In this section, the admin has the ability to search for a specific pass by its pass number.

Admins also have the option to update their profiles, change their passwords, and recover lost passwords in this section.

User

Home Page: Users have access to the home page.

View Pass: Users can view and print their passes using their Pass Number.

About Us: Users can view the details of the website administrator.

Contact Us: Users have the option to contact the website administrator.
